Around the park.
Cornwall Park is the established, leafy family neighborhood built around the park itself, off Cornwall Avenue and Meridian, with homes ranging from 1920s houses to mid-century builds on generous lots. It's the kind of settled neighborhood where people stay and improve, so the concrete work here tends to be upgrades and additions rather than emergency repairs: new driveways, patios, walkways, and garage and shop slabs.
We pour a lot of flatwork in Cornwall Park. New and replacement driveways with proper grading and control joints, patios and walkways that fit the older homes, and new garage and detached-shop slabs over a real subbase and vapor barrier. The lots are roomy enough that detached shops and larger patios are common requests, and we size and reinforce each slab for what's actually going to sit or roll on it.

Soil and water
Settled lots near Cornwall Park with moderate seasonal moisture. Stable enough for straightforward flatwork and slabs when the subbase is built right, which is where we focus.
